The personal data we may collect from you

  • Information that you provide when you register on this website including your name and your e-mail address;
  • If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence;
  • Details of your visits to our site and the resources that you access.
  • To ensure the content from our site is presented in the most effective manner for you and your computer;

IP Addresses

Talent Nexus may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns and does not identify any individual.

Talent Nexus uses Google Analytics (GA) to track user engagement. GA automatically records geographical location, device type, internet browser and operating system (OS), but none of this information personally identifies you. GA also records your computer’s IP address which could personally identify you, but we do not have access to that information.

Talent Nexus also uses hubspot to tracks visitors by using browser cookies. Visitors will be tracked anonymously before they pro-actively provide their personal information through one of our lead generation or contact form.

Why
The purpose for collecting website visits data is to measure website traffic and better understand how visitors are interacting with its pages so we can improve user experience and the content we offer.

Email Links and inbound data collection
If you contact us via a contact or lead generation form on the Talent Nexus website, your information will not be stored by the website– it will automatically be forwarded and stored by hubspot (serves as CRM and inbound marketing platform).

Some information on our website is gated – which means it requires visitors to provide their personal data (typically name, company and email address – but not limited to this information) in order to access resources on our websites.

Email marketing messages & subscription

Under the GDPR we use the consent lawful basis for anyone subscribing to our newsletter or marketing mailing list. We only collect certain data about you, as detailed in the "email links and inbound data collection" above. Any email marketing messages we send are done so through hubspot.

Email marketing messages that we send may contain tracking beacons / tracked clickable links or similar server technologies in order to track subscriber activity within email marketing messages. Where used, such marketing messages may record a range of data such as; times, dates, I.P addresses, opens, clicks, forwards, geographic and demographic data. Such data, within its limitations will show the activity each subscriber made for that email campaign.

Any email marketing messages we send are in accordance with GDPR.

We occasionally acquire data from Cognism.

Your email address is a B2B email and consent is not required, an opt-out link was included in the email and you can click that and opt-out of future correspondence - this is known as a soft-opt in. This is allowed under the current regulations, Cognism has verified this with a legal opinion and Privacy Impact Assessment.

Cognism only collects data from public sources under legitimate interest grounds (allowed under GDPR) or from sources where consent has been granted.

Storing your Personal Data

All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers. Talent Nexus will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy. Talent Nexus uses hubspot as our CRM system and therefore are bound by their terms and conditions and they in turn keep data securely stored as per their privacy policies.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information through the internet is not entirely secure. The internet is an open system and Talent Nexus cannot and does not guarantee the security of your data transmitted to this site. Any transmission is at your own risk. Once your information is received, reasonable and appropriate technical and organisational measures will be taken to protect your personal data from unauthorised access or modification, unlawful destruction and improper use.

This website provides links to third party websites. Talent Nexus has no control over and is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of linked third party websites.
