How do you do it?
The fact that we're free to work with often comes as a surprise when we’re explaining what we do. After all, ‘nothing in life comes free’, right?
In the case of media agencies, we do make money from the services we deliver. But it’s not our customers who pay for it.
Instead, we get paid by the job boards when we buy products from them.
This comes to us in the form of agency commissions and rebates. These financial incentives are paid to media agencies by the job boards. They do it to encourage agencies to spend money with them, and to fund the delivery of added value services that support their customers.
It’s a win-win, because when customers access agency support, they have more help to make the most of what they buy and maximise the value they get.
Better than free?
Whenever we can, we'll also pass back some of the financial incentives we receive to our customers - either through extra money, or in the form of a discount on what you've bought.
If you take the money, you can use it to trial products or boost your advertising budget.
That means as well as being free to work with us, it can even unlock extra budget too. That's what we mean when we say it's "better than free".
